Task Three:
The story of Crispin: Cross of Lead takes place during the middle ages. Use the links below to learn what it was really like to live during this time. Be sure to include information about the feudalism, religion, and other aspects of daily life for people of different social stature. Remember you may use pictures to help.
During the Middle Ages most lived in the Feudal system. This was a system that made the surfs (or peasants) work for their lord that governed them in exchange for protection from other lords. During this time there were higher and lower rankings. Such as the serfs are on the bottom and the church is near the top. The major religion is Christianity. Most priests were able to read and write, some were greedy. Many homes were cold damp and dark.

Task Four:
Each member of your team will visit Big Huge Labs and create a movie poster to promote the book Crispin: Cross of Lead. Before creating your movie poster you will need to search the web using GoodSearch to find just the right image. Remember to be creative. Do not simply use a picture of the book cover. After designing your movie poster, each team member will insert their poster in the space below. Then your team needs to examine the movie posters and vote, on this wiki site, to determine which will be left on the wiki as the final project for grading. Once your team has decided upon a movie poster, remove the unneeded posters.
